Intimidation sponsored Karl Amoussou faces Bryan Baker on MTV2 in Bellator Welterweight Tournament Final

Intimidation Clothing sponsored Karl Amoussou will return to action on Friday night at Bellator 72 in Tampa, Florida. Amoussou, one of Intimidation Clothing’s core group of sponsored fighters since 2011, will face Bryan Baker in the Season 6 Welterweight Tournament finals. The Bellator 72 event will take place on Friday night July 20th at the USF Sun Dome in Tampa, with the MTV2 broadcast beginning at 8 pm ET.

A veteran of the Bellator, Strikeforce & M-1 promotions, Karl “Psycho” Amoussou (15-4-2, 3-1 Bellator) is a French professional mixed martial artist now living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and training at the Daddis Fight Camp. A pro since 2006, Amoussou has faced many notable MMA fighters throughout his career including Arman Gambaryan, Lucio Linhares, Trevor Prangley, Kazuhiro Nakamura and Sam Alvey, all fighters who consistently fight at 185 lbs or higher. He defeated Chris “The Assassin” Lozano (9-3, 2-3 Bellator) by 1st round rear naked choke in the quarterfinals of the Season 6 Bellator Welterweight Tournament at Bellator 63 in March 2012. Amoussou then followed that win with at Bellator 69 in May defeating previously unbeaten David Rickels by split decision and enters the Baker fight with three straight wins and four wins in five fights.
