Chapman will make his first appearance since last March, when he suffered a shoulder injury in his NAAFS title bout loss to Bryan Goldsby in the Caged Vengeance 13 headliner. The loss snapped a 12-fight winning streak for Chapman dating back to his 12-1 amateur career, where he was a 2-time NAAFS champion.

Chapman dominated the Ohio MMA amateur division for two years in a row, winning the NAAFS Amateur National Title in both 2010 and 2011 before turning pro in 2012. “The Beast” hit the ground running in 2012, winning four fights that year and being named as the 2012 Ohio Fighter of the Year by OHMMA.com. March 1st shaping up to be huge date for Intimidation & for Local MMA in the Midwest

March 1, 2014. Mark your calendars MMA fans, especially if you live in the Midwest. Sporting a record of 7-3, Zomcik has scored consecutive wins at NAAFS events in Northeast Ohio near her training home at Evolve MMA in Medina and was recently featured in a piece on Fox 8 in Cleveland, Ohio.

Jessica Zomcik MMAOriginally from Erie, Pennsylvania, Zomcik made a name for herself in grappling and inside the cage as a member of Team DNA as she began her amateur career with a 5-3 record. However she took nearly two years off and moved to Ohio where she now trains with Evolve MMA and has since scored two dominating wins inside the cage. Recently she was ranked #1 in the amateur female MMA rankings in the 145lb division by Non Stop WMMA. During her nearly 5 years competing inside the cage, Zomcik has fought 8 times for the highly-respect NAAFS, one of the most progressive MMA promotions in the world in terms of embracing and promoting women’s MMA. She has fought many of the best female fighters in her weight class including two bouts with undefeated, Top 10 ranked pro and Intimidation sponsored Tamikka Brents (2-0 pro, 8-0-1 amateur). To put things into perspective, Zomcik’s last five opponents have a combined amateur record of 28-7.
