Weekend MMA Recap: Evans, Horne & Tickle score impressive wins sponsored by Intimidation

In a MMA busy weekend across the Ohio Valley, Intimidation Clothing was represented well, including events in Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky. Multiple fighters picked up big wins while being sponsored by the brand, including a TUF vet, a title fight winner, and a potential future UFC star.

Chris Tickle w/Daron CruickshankIntimidation sponsored the “WXC 52: Evolution” event near Detroit on August 15th, including sponsoring some of the most notable fighters on the card. While veteran pro MMA fighter Eric Moon’s fight was scrapped at the last minute, TUF 15 veteran Chris Tickle (9-7) and new WXC welterweight champ David Evans (3-1) were both able to bring home wins for the brand. Weekend Recap: Buffalo, Columbus, Indianapolis & more get a taste of Intimidation during busy weekend

The Intimidation Clothing brand continues to spread across the country, typically with multiple events in multiple states sponsored each weekend. This past weekend was no different, with 5 events sponsored across four different states, and with crews at three of the events. The culmination of sponsoring events across the Midwest and beyond, this weekend once again proved that Intimidation Clothing is indeed the biggest supporter of Local MMA in the industry.

Kyle Rozewski w/Luke JerniganIntimidation was live on hand at TNT Fight Series in Buffalo, and as the New York MMA community continues the fight to get the sport legalized in the state, organizations like TNT and owner Don Lilly are doing all they can to prove that it will be an asset to the economy. Weekend MMA Recap: Parsons’ KO win at Bellator 117 highlights successful weekend

Easter weekend was a busy one for mixed martial arts around the country, with events in nearly every region highlighting the action. Intimidation was part of at least three events, including two in the Buckeye state and one in Michigan. Also one of the longest-running members of Team Intimidation picked up the biggest win of his career.

Jordan Parsons - Bellator MMA Longtime Minnesota MMA product Jordan Parsons (10-1, 1-0 BMMA) finally made his Bellator MMA debut on Friday night, and the “Pretty Boy” impressed with a knockout just 4 seconds into the second round. After a dominant first round, Parsons (pictured, right) needed just two punches in the second frame: a left and then a straight right, and Bazer was knocked out cold. Parsons is now on a three-fight winning streak since losing the only bout of his career and joins a long list of Intimidation sponsored fighters with highlight reel KOs for Bellator & other top MMA organizations.

Intimidation was also active at three events in the Midwest. The Intimidation crew was live on hand at EFP: Caged Madness 28 in Akron, Ohio, where a packed crowd witnessed a deep amateur card featuring a full slate of bouts. Weekend MMA Recap: Santos scores KO of the Year in Brazil while Intimidation crews continue growth in Michigan & Pennsylvania

Intimidation Clothing closed out March with one of the busiest months in company history, sponsoring multiple events and fighters in different states. The month began as strongly as any month in company history, with two top-tier MMA promotions – Driven MMA & Colosseum Combat – kicking off the month in style, and ended with Pinnacle FC capping off a great month and with a KO of the Year candidate from Luis “Sapo” Santos at XFCi 3 in Brazil.

Jerrell Hodge MMAIntimidation was  a sponsor for the PinnacleFC 6 event in Pittsburgh, along with co-main event winner Rob Hanna (4-0) and amateur main event winner Jerrell Hodge (11-1). Hanna survived an early onslaught from Intimidation alum Joey Holt (3-2) to eventually produce one of the biggest comebacks in recent MMA history after nearly being knocked out. Hodge (pictured, right) closed out his amateur career with yet another title to go along with his two NAAFS titles and EFP title, as he claimed the PinnacleFC featherweight title with a dominant three-round performance over Rich Cantolina (10-7).

Meanwhile, with the focus in the USA for Intimidation being in Michigan and Pennsylvania, the International focus was on the fast-rising XFCi promotion. An affiliate of the Intimidation-sponsored Florida promotion televised regularly on AXS TV, the XFC continued it’s recent success in Brazil with one of their most high-profile fighters, Luis “Sapo” Santos (pictured, left), in the night’s main event. Weekend MMA Recap: Team Intimidation fighters earn wins at sponsored MMA events across the Midwest

It was a busy weekend for Team Intimidation across the Midwest, as multiple events and fighters were sponsored on a busy October weekend. Intimidation was on hand at multiple events over the weekend, including Akron, Detroit and two MMA events in Indianapolis, selling its popular brand of t-shirts, hats, hoodies, fight shorts, and more. The successful weekend saw several sponsored athletes victorious with the amateurs stealing the show.

Austin Tweedy MMAAt the Caged Madness 26 event in Akron, Ohio, Team Intimidation was on hand with a successful night, while sponsored fighters went 1-1 inside the cage. Professional heavyweight Tim Dunn (1-1) suffered his first defeat when the doctor stopped the fight with a cut in the first round. Jeremy Linville (2-1) landed a big punch on Dunn early in the fight, and the cut wouldn’t stop bleeding. Also at the Explosive Fight Promotions event, former Division II national champion wrestler JD Ramsey (2-0) remained unbeaten in his amateur career with a first round TKO victory. A disciple of Intimidation sponsored UFC veteran Branden Hinkle, Ramsey is one of the newest members of Team Intimidation.

The Indiana wing of the Team Intimidation crew had a busy weekend, as they were on hand at two Indianapolis MMA events beginning with the Midwest Fight Series: Friday Night Fights 5 event on Friday night.
