Intimidation continues long-time sponsorship of George “Bonesaw” Comer at NAAFS: Caged Vengeance 16 in Canton, Ohio

Intimidation Clothing is pleased to announce its sponsorship of rising lightweight star George “Bonesaw” Comer in his upcoming bout at the NAAFS: Caged Vengeance 16 card on March 7 in Canton, Ohio. Comer (5-1) is set to take on Joey Holt (4-2) in a featured 155-pound battle. A former two-time NAAFS national amateur series champion in the lightweight and welterweight divisions, Comer is the only fighter to accomplish that feat in two different NAAFS divisions and is one of the top prospects in the Buckeye State with a 14-1 overall in his mixed martial arts career. Weekend MMA Recap: Comer dominates as Intimidation scores record weekend at CFC3 in Mentor, Ohio

Intimidation Clothing continued a busy month of June this past weekend in Ohio, as Intimidation recorded a monster night at Coveted Fighting Championship 3 East of Cleveland in Mentor, Ohio.

George Comer & Luke JerniganThe story of the night was the co-main event, where longtime Team Intimidation member George “Bonesaw” Comer (5-1) dominated Joe Lile (5-2) en route to his fifth consecutive victory. The bout was billed as a match-up of two of the top lightweight prospects in the Midwest, but Comer was dominant throughout the 15 minutes on his way to earning a clear-cut decision victory scored 30-27 by all three judges. The win puts Comer (pictured w/Intimidation CEO Luke Jernigan) even closer to contention for a spot in a national organization.

In addition to Comer’s successes inside the cage, the new “Bonesaw Nation” signature shirt (pictured, on George, left) from Intimidation was a popular item at the Intimidation booth all night. Upon making its debut, the sales of the tee continues Comer’s climb as one of the most popular Team Intimidation fighters.

Intimidation Clothing releases signature shirts for Dan Spohn, George Comer & John Hawk

Comer is a product of the GriffonRawl MMA Academy, where he trains alongside UFC veterans Jason Dent and Donny Walker. After an unbeaten 9-0 amateur career where he captured both the NAAFS welterweight and lightweight titles, he dropped his professional debut to Clint Musser in 2011. Since then he is unbeaten at 4-0, with three submission wins. His wins have all come over notable opponents, including Khama Worthy, Stephen Singleton, Brian Camozzi, and Anthony Morgan. His most recent outing saw him submit Morgan with an arm triangle in the third round at the inaugural Driven MMA event in Canton, Ohio.

As an amateur, Comer was a 2-time NAAFS Amateur Champion winning the 2011 Lightweight and 2012 Welterweight title. This fight for Coveted Fighting Championship marks Comer’s first pro fight outside of the NAAFS after fighting eight times for the NAAFS in his nine amateur bouts.
